Toronto

Adam and I flew away for a weekend in Toronto! We missed the kids but had a fantastic time doing all things Canadian, like eating Peameal Bacon sandwiches, ...
Going to the Toronto Leaf's NHL game on Saturday night (terrific seats),

Going to The Sound of Music...

and eating dinner with Jim and Susan Haskins at the rotating restaurant on top of the CN tower (one of the world's largest buildings). It was a great get-a-way!

FUN!!! I love how often you two love birds getaway! I also love how you do something for Sarena (the musical) and something for Adam (hockey) although I'm sure you both love doing the other just cuz you are together....so cute.

That totally looks like fun. Sarena, we will have to hit a show when I come to visit and actually make it through! How exciting for you guys. We have to make it up to Conn. really soon. I haven't seen you all in FOREVER. Do you realize that we came and saw you three times last year and so far this year it has been none? I am slacking. Sorry. But hey, at least it has been less mess for you to pick up! Oh, and my "assignment" went well. We will talk when I get back.

Boy, that was one over the top, all inclusive, fabulous weekend... you make all of us jealous!!! It always is a nice thing to get away from the kids just for a moment and pretend that you are newlyweds again for a day or two - Are you two sure that you have four kids and one that just turned 12??? Doesn't look like it from this fun trip. Thanks for sharing!

Could you post a photo of "Peameal Bacon sandwiches"? I don't know what that is, but it sounds wonderful. Your trip sounds so romantic!
