Christmas

We celebrated Christmas Eve by acting out the Nativity, I've been been acting before but the kids had fun and it was nice to talk about the real meaning of Christmas.

After the nativity scene we sang some Christmas songs, Sarena did a great job playing the piano - all that hard work is paying off!
Christmas morning was fun, wrapping paper and boxes everywhere. Karinn asked Santa for a "quitar" which he brought. Grandma and Grandpa gave the kids Texas sized slipper boots - perfect for around here!

And then , one of my favorite parts of Christmas morning - breakfast! Every recipe is carefully prepared the day before according to Woodruff family tradition (not that I'm complaining - it's good stuff!)

Here's a shot of all the kids with their Texas boots on - pretty cute.

Cute pics! Although I wanted more! LOVE the boot slippers! I may have to borrow a pair when/if I come and visit freezing CT! Those are perfect! Looks like a very fun Christmas!
